| Perry Sooter, bought the disposal well from Kim Thomas in January 2008. His son Toby Sooter is the President and Manager of the Disposal Well. Kim Thomas, the previous owner chose to retire. Joe Brillhart has been the operational manager with Kim Thomas Disposal over the past 13 years and will retain this position with PDS. Perry comes to PDS with 27 years of oilfield experience in the service sector. In 1998 he started and currently owns and operates Western Hot Oil Service, Inc. and Western Frac Tanks, Inc. of Perryton, TX. Toby Sooter has 10 years experience in the oilfield service sector. The past three years he has worked closely with his father and held a supervisor position within Western Hot Oil Service. Both Perry and Toby are extremely excited about the purchase of the Disposal Well and have committed to developing new and strong customer relationships, as well as maintaining and upgrading the service to the deposal’s existing customer base. Environmental Safety is a priority for PDS and all environmental standards will be upheld by the new owners.
